Using this service

I Love the Smiths AI is an independent AI video service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Smiths or their members, the makers or distributors of (500) Days of Summer, TikTok, CapCut or ByteDance. You may upload only photos of yourself or of adults who have agreed to be in the video. Do not upload photos of minors, celebrities or public figures, or anyone without their permission. Do not use the service to deceive, harass, sexualize or exploit people, or to make someone appear to say or do something they would object to.

Purchase and output

Prices are in USD: 1 video $12.99, 3 videos $32.49 or 10 videos $90.99. These are one-time packs, not subscriptions. Payment confirmation starts the first video. Each new video uses one credit, with one or two photos, even with the same photos. Unused credits don’t expire.

Each video is about 20 seconds, landscape 16:9, 720p MP4 with the scene’s lines and music. With one photo, it plays the role you choose (the one in headphones or the one who speaks) and an AI-generated fictional adult plays the other. With two photos, both people are replaced, in the roles you choose. Everyone pictured must have agreed to the video. The elevator, camera, lines, voices, timing and music are fixed; appearance and clothing follow the photos. The video has no on-screen text. AI results vary; exact likeness, lip-sync, clothing and movement are not guaranteed. There is no guaranteed generation time and no free personal preview.

Delivery and access

Keep private order links confidential. Finished videos stay available for 30 days; email links are valid for 30 days from sending. Download a copy you can keep. See Privacy for how data is processed.

Failures and refunds

A confirmed generation failure returns that attempt’s credit once. This is not an automatic cash refund. See Refunds. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law.

Sharing and third-party rights

You decide where to post and are responsible for checking the result and following each platform’s rules, including AI labels and music policies. The video is an AI re-creation inspired by a film scene and contains no film footage. The music in it belongs to its rights holders; buying a video does not grant rights to third-party music, film characters, trademarks or likenesses, and a platform may mute or replace it. Don’t present generated videos as real footage, as a real meeting, or as official content of the film, the band, TikTok or CapCut.
